David was born in Idaho & raised during the depression years on a sugar beet farm as one of 9 siblings. He learned the lessons of hard work the hard way: by living it. He also thoroughly learned the importance of family and loyalty. These traits he deliberately passed to his children, step-children, and employees.
After serving in the US Navy during WWII, David returned to farming in Chinook, Montana. He worked for a number of police departments; later David retired from working for what is now a competitor of SAE in 1980
JOB DESCRIPTION – DISTRICT MANAGER
The district manager is responsible for overseeing the management of the branches assigned.
The district manager is responsible for implementing company policies and procedures, and the achievement of the area’s business plan and corporate mission. This position will have little, if any, direct supervision. The position will require travel to all assigned branches on a regular basis. The amount of travel will vary district to district, but at all times will be extensive. The district manager shall report to the Vice President or Senior Vice President.
